We then speak with Ed Blaguszewski of Umass, Kieth Grove of Dover Sherburne Middle School, David Malan of the Harvard Extension School, Sam Levin of Podshow, and Academy organizer, Sasha Norkin of Boston University, We wrap up with the streamed audio of our first attempt at Triplecasting, a discussion with Videoblogging pioneer, SteveGarfield.
On today's show we talked about the possibilities of starting a wikitextbook project with from a cultural angle. To get us started, we be talked to Mark Hemphill from the University of Prince Edward Island and then we moved on to some community conversation on the various possibilities.
Dave (Coarsesalt Warrygal) & Jeff (Meno Rich) are joined by Jason Robertshaw (Calamari Ricardo) and Doug Symington (Cosmo Commons) for a tour around Second Life, the fascinating virtual environment we can't stop talking about. We visit several education related spaces and discuss the educational possibilities for this kind of virtual environment.
