ETT Newsletter for the week of September 27, 2008
Week of September 27-October 4, 2008
Hello EdTechTalkers:
Welcome to the this week's edition of the EdTechTalk (ETT) Weekly Newsletter!
As we move into October, it is time to gear up for great professional development. We have some fabulous shows on ETT as well as the K12 Online Conference beginning this month. This is a free conference which offers a wide variety of professional development in the form of archived videos and live Elluminate sessions. Some of our very own ETT webcasters will be presenters at the conference. We begin, on October 20th, with Seedlings Alice Barr, Cheryl Oakes, and Bob Sprankle kicking us off with a presentation entitled, "What is school?" On October 28th, Lisa Parisi's video called, "Oh the Possibilities" will be released and on October 31st, Lorna Costantini and Matt Montagne will have their "Parental Engagement in the 21st Century" presentation released. There are many other educational and exciting presentations so be sure to stop by and see what's happening. http://k12onlineconference.org/docs/k12online2008schedule.html
