In response to the recent New York Times article on a New York State 1 to 1 program cancellation, arvind and I decided to discuss 1 to 1 programs that are successful.  

The state of Maine has successfully implemented a 1 to 1 program for 7th and 8th graders.  Tomorrow, Jeff Mao, Coordinator of Educational Technology, Maine Department of Education will join us.
